  We charge an upfront estimate fee, which is fully deductible from the total cost of repairs. For example, if you pay a $50 estimate fee at the time of drop-off and the total repair cost is $200, you'll only pay the remaining $150 when you pick up your machine.   

• Descaling: Descaling the internal components, especially the boiler, to prevent mineral build-up that can affect performance and taste.
• Internal      Cleaning:      Removing coffee oils, residues, and mineral buildup from the brew unit and      internal pathways.
• Milk System      Cleaning:      Cleaning milk frothing components, such as milk tubes and wands, to      prevent clogging and bacteria buildup.
• Drip Tray and Grounds Container:      Emptying and thoroughly washing the drip tray and used coffee grounds      container.
• Water Line      Inspection:      Checking for blockages, leaks, or kinks in water hoses and connections.
• · Brew Unit Maintenance: Cleaning and lubricating of moving parts in the brew unit to ensure smooth operation
• Grinder Maintenance: Cleaning      and Adjusting the grind settings for consistent coffee quality

• Pressure and Temperature Testing: Verifying the boiler’s temperature stability and the pump’s pressure consistency to ensure optimal brewing conditions.
• Electrical System Inspection: Checking the power board, CPU, sensors and wiring for wear or malfunctions.
• Exterior Cleaning: Polishing and cleaning the machine’s exterior for hygiene and aesthetics.
• Diagnostic Testing: Running tests to identify any issues with performance or functionality.
